SOMETHING EXCITING FOR THE CALENDAR: AN (ALMOST) SPRING EVENT IN SORRENTO

On Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 August 2026, my friend (and beautiful writer) Kate Ryan and I are running morning creative writing workshops at the Antipodes Bookshop event space in lovely Sorrento on the Mornington Peninsula. This will be a time of inspiration and quietness, where we can listen and respond to our inner sources of creativity, and learn from the creative practices of a whole range of writers and artists. It’s an opportunity to meet and work together in gorgeous coastal surrounds, on Boon Wurrung Country, making space to pay attention to place and landscape, and to the things in our lives that bring meaning.
